When Moral is no longer exist (2-yr old girl brain-dead after hit-n-run by 2 vans)

Based on the CCTV, the incident was dated on 13th October 2011, but spread around the world wildly, especially via YouTube since 17th Oct, where more than 700 thousands users (and counting) watched the videos/clips of a 2-yr old girl known as Yue Tue being hit accidentally by a van and rolled under the tyres, then left her to die.

Around 18 street users left a little girl lying on the ground dying in the middle of the street after being hit and rolled under the tyres twice near a stattionary shop Guangfo in Huangqi, Foshan, CHINA.

CCTV shows people passing by didn't even care about the 2-yr old girl lying on the ground known as Yue Tue after being hit by a van. The another van also hit the dying girl right outside of her family shop.

At the end, a street-cleaner (18th person to passby) came to stop and help the little girl by draging her to the side of the road for safety, and shout for help.

The van driver(s) was reported captured by the authority of the area. The video had exploded spreadly most of the China citizens, which being shared and watched by more than 700 thousand YouTube users since it was uploaded last night.

This is due to the so-called 'culture' in China, where if you help someone who need help (such as an old lady riding a bike and fall accientally by her self), that person you helped is becoming your responsibility. By which it means you'll have to bring and sned the person to the hospital, and pay for all the treatments, or even worst being sued as they can say you ARE the one who made (in this case the old lady) her fall.

So, want to know what did the driver said?

First he said he did hit the girl but accident, then he stopped as he did realised he hit her. That time the girl was under the van between the front and back tyres. He thought that if the little girl die (due to his action), he only should pay the fine around RMB 10,000-RMB20,000 to the family as to cover the damage. However, if the girl is alive, he has to take the responsibility and consequences for all of his life, so he continue to drive away, which rolled the girl second time, hoping for her to die.
